Workshop Business Continuity Management & IT Disaster Recovery Planning
In this SAI workshop, the topics BCM & DRP will be handled. Business Continuity Management (BCM) is a process that identifies potential threats to an organization and determines what the effects on the business activities if the threats would manifest itself in reality. Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) is part of BCM and includes the whole of measures that the planned recovery, after the action of calamity or disaster, on a quick and efficient manner. Within IT are both BCM as DRP extremely important considerations.
In this practical and interactive workshop is a complete BCM/DRP-trajectory by walk from the business case to the auditing. Participants will receive a comprehensive BCM/DRP-documentation set with templates and checklists.
The workshop is in particular aimed at IT managers, Business Continuity Managers, Risk Managers, Security Managers, auditors, and to all persons involved in the development, implementation and/or maintain BCM/DRP-processes in an organization.
