The CISO of this federal public service organisation contacted me for assistance on the outsourcing of the information security service to an external company. I helped this CISO with the following deliverables:

• review and enhance the selection criteria in the RFP for information security service provider
• discuss key elements in the replies of the proposals on the RFP
• assist in the interviews with each external company on discussing their proposal and their knowledge about information security
• provide insights on the positive and negative points of each information security service provider
